Prophetic Lesson on
“Give”
Janet Mushegan Watson 7-26-2013

Matthew 10:7-8; Matthew 25:29-30; Luke 6:38

Everything that is came out of the Almighty.  I spoke and from Me these things emanated.  [Genesis 1:1-3; Genesis 2:7; John 1:1-4]  The concept of “give” can only be truly understood within the context of the I AM.  Giving is not only an action but rather a spewing forth of the inward nature.  You give because of who you are in Me.  I give because of Who I AM.  No decision is required to give when you are one with Me.  It becomes an automatic flow that cannot be contained.  It is a flow that is never diminished and grows with your capacity to release into My Spirit. [John 7:37-39]

Why do I give?  It is because that is Who I Am.  The Christ is the overflowing of Who I Am.  He is the giving of Myself to you.  Just so, as you are filled with My Spirit the flow or “giving” is the result of who you are in Me. [Matthew 12:33-35]

The fallen nature is devoid of the ability to truly give of itself.  It is an always hungry, always empty, always searching, endless cavern of despair and longing.  Because of this the unchanged person cannot truly give – the type of giving that is spontaneous and unstoppable.  [The fallen nature gives because of a motive; the new nature (Christ) gives because of Who He is.] [Proverbs 27:20]

The lesson in the multiplication of food at My hand [Matthew 14:13-21]
shows the effects that the divine nature has upon that which it touches.  The gift is given and received by the giver.  The source of eternal life is the Spirit of Eternal Giving. [The Dynamo of God must be expressed through and from Him.]

You are never satisfied because you have not been overwhelmed by the Spirit of Giving – My Spirit.  The story of your existence is one of decay and want; of grasping and fighting; of greed and vengeance.  Why?  You look at others and assume that your lack is because of their bounty; your sorrow is a result of their joy; your despair is a result of their hope.  This describes the father of the fallen as he can never be satisfied; he can never be at rest. [The old nature looks to see what others have and then finds a reason to be dissatisfied and a goal to ease the dissatisfaction.] [Haggai 1:5-8; 2 Samuel 12:1-11]

What am I offering you?  That which I have always been offering—Who I Am.  I do not come only to be with you but to be a part of you.  I do not come to receive from you but to give into you.  When I consume you you become one with Me.  You run from Me fearing what you must give not realizing that I have come to give you Life. [Matthew 11:28-30]

Unless a seed falls into the ground and dies it remains alone. [John 12:23-28] Now you know that life springs forth from the seed and so you say, “How has it died?”  What has died—or been lost—is the original form of the seed.  It was full and complete; plump and filled.  But the seed was not meant to be admired and preserved; it was meant to be cast into the darkness of the earth and to emerge as, not one, but many. [Your gifting must be given or it will never bring glory to God and eternal reward to you.]

The Christ was broken to give you life and so you must be broken to receive it.  This new life is in you and can only grow when all your were before is cast into the darkness of the unknown.  [Psalms 126:5-6; Ecclesiastes 11:1; Isaiah 32:20] The God Man emerges because you gave all that you had—your life as you know it.  You now are part of the life-giving flow and continue to pour that life on those around you. [Romans 6:12-14; Romans 6:4]

Consider the power of agreement.  [Matthew 18:19-20; Matthew 7:12] You “sacrifice” your autonomy to the need of others; praying for their need as your own.  You give of your agreement and receive also from it.  When you learn to release into Me you will find what is in you.  When you release what is in you to others you will see who you are and receive more of what you have given.  [Until you give you will never know who you are in Christ.]

Discouragement and fear lead you to close off from Me and to seek what you need from others.  This is why you are empty and your relationships suffer.  I Am “Give.”  Come to Me and receive of that Spirit that will make you one with Me.  You will be filled and you will flow.

Scriptures for Prophetic Lesson on “Give”
7-26-2013

Matthew 10:7-8
7 And as you go, preach, saying, 'The kingdom of heaven is at hand.'  8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give. NKJV

Matthew 25:29-30
29 To those who use well what they are given, even more will be given, and they will have an abundance. But from those who are unfaithful, even what little they have will be taken away.  30 Now throw this useless servant into outer darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.' NLT

Luke 6:38
38 Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you." NKJV

Genesis 1:1-3
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. 3 Then God said, NKJV

Genesis 2:7
7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being. NKJV

John 1:1-4
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. NKJV

John 7:37-39
On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, "If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink.  38 He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water."  39 But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.
NKJV

Matthew 12:33-35
33 "A tree is identified by its fruit. Make a tree good, and its fruit will be good. Make a tree bad, and its fruit will be bad.  34 You brood of snakes! How could evil men like you speak what is good and right? For whatever is in your heart determines what you say.  35 A good person produces good words from a good heart, and an evil person produces evil words from an evil heart. NLT

Proverbs 27:20
20 Hell and Destruction are never full;
So the eyes of man are never satisfied. NKJV

Matthew 14:13-21
When Jesus heard it, He departed from there by boat to a deserted place by Himself. But when the multitudes heard it, they followed Him on foot from the cities. 14 And when Jesus went out He saw a great multitude; and He was moved with compassion for them, and healed their sick. 15 When it was evening, His disciples came to Him, saying, "This is a deserted place, and the hour is already late. Send the multitudes away, that they may go into the villages and buy themselves food." 16 But Jesus said to them, "They do not need to go away. You give them something to eat." 17 And they said to Him, "We have here only five loaves and two fish." 18 He said, "Bring them here to Me."  19 Then He commanded the multitudes to sit down on the grass. And He took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, He blessed and broke and gave the loaves to the disciples; and the disciples gave to the multitudes. 20 So they all ate and were filled, and they took up twelve baskets full of the fragments that remained. 21 Now those who had eaten were about five thousand men, besides women and children. NKJV

Haggai 1:5-8
5 Now therefore, thus says the LORD of hosts: "Consider your ways! 6 "You have sown much, and bring in little;
You eat, but do not have enough;
You drink, but you are not filled with drink;
You clothe yourselves, but no one is warm;
And he who earns wages,
Earns wages to put into a bag with holes."
7 Thus says the LORD of hosts: "Consider your ways! 8 Go up to the mountains and bring wood and build the temple, that I may take pleasure in it and be glorified," says the LORD. NKJV

2 Samuel 12:1-11
Then the LORD sent Nathan to David. And he came to him, and said to him: "There were two men in one city, one rich and the other poor. 2 The rich man had exceedingly many flocks and herds. 3 But the poor man had nothing, except one little ewe lamb which he had bought and nourished; and it grew up together with him and with his children. It ate of his own food and drank from his own cup and lay in his bosom; and it was like a daughter to him. 4 And a traveler came to the rich man, who refused to take from his own flock and from his own herd to prepare one for the wayfaring man who had come to him; but he took the poor man's lamb and prepared it for the man who had come to him." 5 So David's anger was greatly aroused against the man, and he said to Nathan, "As the LORD lives, the man who has done this shall surely die! 6 And he shall restore fourfold for the lamb, because he did this thing and because he had no pity." 7 Then Nathan said to David, "You are the man! Thus says the LORD God of Israel: 'I anointed you king over Israel, and I delivered you from the hand of Saul. 8 I gave you your master's house and your master's wives into your keeping, and gave you the house of Israel and Judah. And if that had been too little, I also would have given you much more! 9 Why have you despised the commandment of the LORD, to do evil in His sight? You have killed Uriah the Hittite with the sword; you have taken his wife to be your wife, and have killed him with the sword of the people of Ammon. 10 Now therefore, the sword shall never depart from your house, because you have despised Me, and have taken the wife of Uriah the Hittite to be your wife.' NKJV

Matthew 11:28-30
28 Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.  29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.  30 For My yoke is easy and My burden is light." NKJV

John 12:23-28
23 But Jesus answered them, saying, "The hour has come that the Son of Man should be glorified.  24 Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain.  25 He who loves his life will lose it, and he who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life.  26 If anyone serves Me, let him follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also. If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honor. 27 "Now My soul is troubled, and what shall I say?  'Father, save Me from this hour'? But for this purpose I came to this hour.  28 Father, glorify Your name." NKJV

Psalms 126:5-6
5 Those who sow in tears
will reap with songs of joy.
6 He who goes out weeping,
carrying seed to sow,
will return with songs of joy,
carrying sheaves with him. NIV

Ecclesiastes 11:1
Cast your bread upon the waters,
for after many days you will find it again. NIV

Isaiah 32:20
20 Happy and fortunate are you who cast your seed upon all waters [when the river overflows its banks; for the seed will sink into the mud and when the waters subside, the plant will spring up; you will find it after many days and reap an abundant harvest], you who safely send forth the ox and the donkey [to range freely]. AMP

Romans 6:12-14
12 Do not let sin control the way you live; do not give in to its lustful desires. 13 Do not let any part of your body become a tool of wickedness, to be used for sinning. Instead, give yourselves completely to God since you have been given new life. And use your whole body as a tool to do what is right for the glory of God. NLT

Romans 6:4
4 We were buried therefore with Him by the baptism into death, so that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glorious [power] of the Father, so we too might [habitually] live and behave in newness of life.  AMP

Matthew 18:19-20
19 "Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.  20 For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them." NKJV

Matthew 7:12
12 So then, whatever you desire that others would do to and for you, even so do also to and for them, for this is (sums up) the Law and the Prophets. AMP
