Prophetic Lesson on Brokenness 2-27-2015
“The point of brokenness is the most vulnerable stage in your spiritual development and journey. In this open, vulnerable state—a choice is made. Some (people) remain broken and the brokenness destroys. Some try to fill the brokenness with more of the same and so continue in a downward spiral of greater emptiness.” (4-2009)
The hurts and wounds that you will not expose to Me for healing will become breeches through which the enemy will gain access to your renewed spirit—you cannot make sense of that which has been formed to cause confusion in your spirit. Understanding sin does not set you free—I set you free.” (12-2009) Proverbs 17:22 22 A happy heart is good medicine and a cheerful mind works healing, but a broken spirit dries up the bones. AMP

Isaiah 61:1-3 "The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon Me, Because the LORD has anointed Me To preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to those who are bound; 2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, And the day of vengeance of our God; To comfort all who mourn, 3 To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified." NKJV
John 5:1-9 After this there was a feast of the Jews, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. 2 Now there is in Jerusalem by the Sheep Gate a pool, which is called in Hebrew, Bethesda, having five porches. 3 In these lay a great multitude of sick people, blind, lame, paralyzed, waiting for the moving of the water. 4 For an angel went down at a certain time into the pool and stirred up the water; then whoever stepped in first, after the stirring of the water, was made well of whatever disease he had. 5 Now a certain man was there who had an infirmity thirty-eight years. 6 When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he already had been in that condition a long time, He said to him, "Do you want to be made well?" 7 The sick man answered Him, "Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up; but while I am coming, another steps down before me." 8 Jesus said to him, "Rise, take up your bed and walk." 9 And immediately the man was made well, took up his bed, and walked.
